Flex Appeal Fitness Trainers (“Flex Appeal”) collects the information you give us: name, email, and phone when you contact us or create an account; booking and attendance history; notification preferences; and, if you become a member, the health questionnaire you complete for safe coaching. Our site records basic, first-party page-view counts — we do not sell ads or use third-party ad trackers.

We use your information to run the studio: manage bookings and waitlists, send the notifications you’ve turned on (email, push, or SMS), respond to inquiries, and keep coaching safe and personal. We do not sell your personal information.

If you opt in to the Flex Appeal Alerts SMS program, we store your phone number and a record of your consent (when and where you opted in).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the SMS delivery provider acting solely on our behalf to send the messages you requested.

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or turning the SMS channel off in your member portal notification settings. Program details are in our Terms of Service.

We share personal information only with service providers who operate the site and communications on our behalf (hosting, email and SMS delivery, error monitoring), each limited to what their job requires — never for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep account and booking records while your membership is active and as needed for legitimate business records afterwards. You can update your profile and notification preferences in the member portal any time, or email [email protected] to ask about, correct, or delete your information.
