Skinny Jeans Contest!

Skinny Jeans Contest

Since our first Skinny Jeans Contest was such a huge success, we're pleased to announce that the next one starts January 10!

This contest is a great alternative to traditional weight loss contests and fitness programs.

Most women have a pair of jeans, we call "skinny jeans" that we are dying to fit into. We have designed a program that will not only get you into your skinny jeans, but that will continue to help you lose weight and drop clothing sizes.

Instead of strictly measuring inches, pounds and percentages, we are going to be measuring pant sizes, and compliance to an exercise and diet plan. Each person will complete a challenging 8 week program that includes a strict nutrition program and a progressively challenging strength and metabolic conditioning program.

Each contender will bring in a pair of jeans, new or old, that DO NOT fit. The jeans need to be too snug to pull up the thighs or button. We will take photos of you wearing your skinny jeans, both at the beginning of the contest and at the end. To ensure accuracy the skinny jeans will remain at the gym for the entire contest.

The winner, based on a point system of nutrition compliance and exercise will receive a free pair of jeans from the staff at Flex Appeal Training Center. ($99 value)

The skinny jeans contest starts Sunday, January 10 at 8 a.m. sharp! The skinny jean contest is designed to be a fun alternative to the traditional, sometimes boring, weight-loss programs out there.
