Camp Flex is a four-day fitness/weight loss program that combines physical activity, nutrition, behavioral modifications and fun. Teens will be challenged to work hard, reach goals, make friends, and gain confidence. Teens and parents will receive information on living healthy lifestyles that will be practiced at camp and expected to be implemented at home.
Boys and girls will participate collectively as well as in separate gender groups. Activities will range widely from sports and games, to strength and cardiovascular workouts. The outcome of the camp is to create a fun, healthy foundation for teens where they will learn to achieve proper and effective weight loss, while also learning the benefits of lifestyle modifications. |
