In order to reach more people and improve my services to my current clients, I am offering online personal training. Online training may be the perfect option for you!

When you become a member you will receive an extensive questionnaire to fill out, that will enable me to get to know you, your goals, any health problems I need to be aware of, your nutritional habits, the types of fitness equipment you have available, along with anything else you want me to know about. Upon receiving that information, I will put together an extensive program that describes in detail every component of the program. Pictures, videos, and written instructions will be included with every workout as well as the weights, reps, and sets that you need to complete in order to reach your goal. Based on your goals and food preferences, a detailed menu will be given to you along with a grocery shopping list! You can input all of your workouts and eating online for me to monitor and adjust accordingly. Your workouts and menus will continually be changed to assure that your body doesn’t experience a plateau. Online personal training takes the guess work out of everything!
